It is free to use and the data will always be free to access for tenants. The site does not focus on the negative experiences only. We aim to have a balanced view of the rental world.
If your review is an honest representation of what occurred and is in the best interest of the public then there is nothing to worry about. If you leave insulting or offensive reviews then we may be asked to remove them from the site because this can be construed as slander.
