At last, version 2 is finally here. New improved reviews and ratings to really show the good guys from the bad. Time for us tenants to fight back and let the agents know we're here and not going to put up with anything but the respect we deserve.

So if you are having problems with an agent or landlord or have had a wonderful experience let the world know and leave a review.

There are many exciting things coming to the site in the next few months but we thought we would take it slow to start and make sure everything works properly. Initially we will be adding threaded comments to the blog posts to allow you to have your say and perhaps a forum to get help and advice from other users.

We will also be doing some advertising around town so keep your eyes open for us. As always we would be delighted to hear any comments or suggestions about the site and always keen to integrate new features suggested by our users.

There has been quite a bit of bad will lately and also bad languge. When leaving a review please do it without being offensive. Offensive reviews and comments don't really help anyone and can cause us some headaches. Please leave reviews and comments that are constructive and truthful.

People will be more inclined to take you seriously if you are balanced and fair.

We will be taking measures of the next few months to modertae the posts a little more and also filter out profanity. This is not done as censorship but simply to keep things civil.
