I first emailed this agent and had no response from her. I then called and left a message for her to return my call, which she did not. When my husband followed up on this call, he was told by her in a rude manner and angry tone 'I can't call everyone back'.

Professionalism
This agent was very rude, negative, condescending and judgmental. She did not display professionalism at all.
Response Time
She did not respond to my email at all, nor did she return my phone call. My husband had to make a second phone call to speak with her.
Customer Service
After dealing with this agent, my husband and I were very disappointed and angry. We were made to feel as if we were a bother, and that we were wasting her time. We were not treated as if we were important customers. She was rude to us, made negative remarks to us about our chances of finding a house with pets and was overall very unpleasant.

After dealing with this agent, I made a formal complaint in writing to the manager. I was left with a very bad view of Roberts in general and very disappointed that someone in her position should have so few customer service skills and should treat people so rudely. An extremely unprofessional agent.

How many more tenants have to put up with her and feel they have nobody to complain too.. FACEBOOK SUPPORT SOUNDS BETTER EVERY SECOND...SHARE THIS WEBSITE..

Tori Says: If any company/business in Ulv/Dev wants their valued customers to lose respect, say negative comments and finally they go elsewhere, then employ ALISON JARMAN. As Portfolio Manager at Roberts Real Estate with her arrogance, extremely rude personality, bullying, non existant customer sevice skills, blaming everybody else and everything (tenants, phone, laptop, especially the property owners) when her great lack of knowledge of her job description is paramount to the problem. TENANTS BE AWARE GO TO A DIFFERENT PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE AGENT FOR A RENTAL PROPERTY and save yourself from months/years of this condescending unprofessional conduct of this employee of Roberts Real Estate.
