Impossible cant be contacted unless it suits her, and then you get the lies excuses and the abuse
Professionalism
You will not find any body worse then Alison Jarman when it comes to GREAT LACK OF PROFESSIONLISM. It would have helped a lot if her employer had TRAINED HER to do her job. This WOMAN just makes it up as she goes along. The TENANTS would know more about the TENANCY LAW THEN SHE DOES.
Response Time
Response time for anything to be fixed even if dangerous is on average JUST OVER A MONTH, 57 DAYS AT WORST AND only when tenant has made many phone calls, then goes to her manager then wow a MIRACLE happens and you suddenly get electrician or plumber.
Customer Service
If you want customer service DONT GO TO ROBERTS REAL ESTATE, Alison Jarman failed miserably at that induction lesson.

ALISON JARMAN as Rental Property Manager at Roberts Real Estate Ulverstone/Devonport is so unbelievable when it comes to her lack of knowledge after so many years of her struggling to do her job. This woman gets around this by insulting tenants and would be tenants, being abusive and arrogant, lying and blaming everybody else for her EXTREME INCOMPETENCE. Think twice before renting a property through Roberts Real Estate.

Feel sorry for the owners of the rental properties who put their trust in Roberts Real Estate to manage their investments with this woman as rental manager, never listening to the tenants when ASAP TO HER is whenever SHE feels like getting around to it or when SHE possibly has the time to do something about it NOT GOOD ENOUGH... FOR THE TENANT OR THE OWNERS OF THE PROPERTIES... BUT ALISON JARMAN ONLY HAS ONE RULE "HER RULE"

Roberts hiring somebody like her in the first place was a bad move, but I have heard that she will no longer be a problem for anybody dealing with Roberts Devonport or Ulverstone. Roberts Real Estate Devonport and Ulverstone should not be punished or frowned apon because one one persons huge lack of professionalism and self respect and more importantly respect of other people around her - Human Beings. Ulverstone in particular, all the employees have fantastic work ethic and respect for every client and shouldnt be thought of any differently. And as I said, wont be a problem anymore.

She kept me informed, did thorough inspections and was pleasant to deal with. Give her a break, if you have a problem don't just whinge about it talk to the office manager. Thanks Alison for your commitment.
