The worst tenancy agency, bar none that I've had the misfortune of coming across.
When I bought my house I made the point of going in and telling them that I was refusing to consider properties that they had for sale, they were that bad.
They refused to fix items like a broken toilet (which under the RTA must be fixed immediately as "emergency repairs").
I wouldn't trust them to let out a house I own - not because they're bad on tenants, but because they just don't care about property repairs either - and things unfixed just become more expensive.
