Didn't respond to a number of urgent requests in a timely manner, neglected to inform us of visits correctly, rude and abusive towards the end of our lease.
Professionalism
Delayed repairs to leaking roof for over 9 months, refused to repair ILLEGAL phone line installation as it was "too expensive" and threatened us on numerous occasions with eviction as "real estates don't like tenants like you" when we were trying to do our duty as tenants and report faults with the property.
Response Time
9 months to arrange someone fix a leaking roof? 1 day to remove a colapsing awning, 1 month to remove the pile of rubbish left over from the driveway. 6 months to arrange to replace highly illegal and problematic phone wiring leaving house without internet daily with 2 residents who's work depended on internet access.
Customer Service
Terrible management of funds handling and property repairs. Abusive staff hanging up when we called to report problems or attempt to follow up on things that were ignored. Gave bad references and attempted to serve invalid breech notices which were thrown out by tribunal.

Chehade is THE WORST real estate I have ever had the misfortune of being a tenant to.

After offering above and beyond for the house we wanted only to find it was a dodgy build, leaks, electrical and phone wiring problems and a real estate who not only didn't pass any of this info onto the property owner, leaving issues to compound until things literally started to fall apart.

Nabil Chehade was incredibly rude and abusive over the phone after being given a number of offers to solve matters outside of the tribunal.

Avoid these guys like the plague!
