Dodgy dodgy dodgy. dont believe a word that they say, they are deliberaltely dishonest and deceptive. there are many other real estate agents in arana hills - whether you are selling or buying, renting or leasing please avoid coronis arana hills.

Just don't deal with them!

They acted like they were the only on owner's side! They were dreaming of suddenly increasing the rent which was let down by us and they tried as much as they could to retaliate it by charging us for more rents and imposing us pool costs. Interestingly, we had spends hundreds on the pool ourselves! Some serious fixings of the door locks and storm damages took 4 months to repair and some remained unfixed. When returning the keys, the property manager told us she had a session JUST to add one or two days to the rent due to the fact that the property had remained vacant! Just keep ABSOLUTELY away from Coronis, especially their Arana Hills branch.

Simply exclude them in your searches and be sure you're doing the right thing!
