They have always been accessible by phone, and have always returned my calls

Response Time
The longest we have had to wait for anything was 48 hours to get a non-urgent plumbing problem fixed over a weekend. Everything else has been handled next-day or same-day!
Customer Service
They have always been responsive to our calls and have done an excellent job of negotiationg with the landlord.

Luke and Associates is a small but well-run office. They are excellent in communication and timeliness, and are quick to resolve any issues with the property. I would happily rent from them again!
