Very professional, however they will stop at nothing to drive the prices of their rental portfolio through the roof. Our rental agreement was transferred over to them to manage by our existing landlord, and at its completion they began to wind up the handle on the rental price, only offering 6 month agreements so that they could continue to drive the price up. All the while rates were going down.
