They never gave us false promises regarding a potential sale price, nor did they limit the amount we were hoping to achieve. The auction was a great experience and they got us a price above the reserve we set and above our dream price.

I wouldn't even give them half a star given the choice. This is the worse real estate anyone could do business with. The customer service is absolutely terrible. As a tenant you are treated less than. Their uneducated, ill-mannered staff makes dealing with them so frustrating!!

They clearly explained the selling process, met with us weekly and called continually to discuss our sale. We recieved a weekly written report documenting sale & marketing statistics, all buyer feedback and offers.
Professionalism
They never gave us false promises regarding a potential sale price, nor did they limit the amount we were hoping to achieve. The auction was a great experience and they got us a price above the reserve we set and above our dream price.
Response Time
We never needed to call them or chase them up as they spoke with us continually.
Customer Service
I had direct contact with my sales agent and also their sales manager 7 days. The service was five star A1.

I would highly recommend them.

In a brief summary, i would recommened LJ Hooker Parramatta for selling or Renting your Home any time of the year. It was a absolute pleasure dealing With Scott & Steve from that office. They sold our family home and were extremely happy with the outcome. A Credit to you both.

What the tenant had to say:
We rented a flat from them for six years,they treated us like second hand citizens,usually they don't answers to tenant emails, messages. In the end when we left they didn't return our bond for 2 months,ignored our messages,then we got a letter from fair trading asking to take $964 of the bond. We called to the head office to get answer, however so far nobody explained us what is that bill for? You get frustrated with this real estate.
