Well my husband and i have been renting with this company for 2 years this may. The first year was fine. But since our air con broke down in April 09 and it's now April 10 we are sick of waiting for them to fix it. We have gone for the whole summer without air con. We are going to court tomorrow to settle this. We have been given every excuse under the sun about why is hasn't been fixed and enough is enough. We also waited 6 months for them to fix our fence, they waited till it fell to bits all over our neighbours property, not only did they take their time to fix it i had already told them that this was a safety issue. This rental agency has been sacked by the owner, no surprise there. It feels like these types of people and businesses can get away with everything. If we stopped paying rent then we would be in the wrong, but lucky for us we are great tenants and don't have that issue. We have also fixed a number of things around the house and all for what! so sick of all of this and on top of all of it we have to miss work for this court case, and all the other times we were told someone was coming out to fix the air con! It's beyond a joke now. I wouldn't recommend this agent to anyone i know or don't know.
