Very quick to call us on xmas eve to tell us there were a few weeds in the front garden and it was unacceptable! When we needed to talk to them about getting our bond back they put the phone down on us because they didn't have time to argue!

I was told to hurry up and say what I had to as they had other things to do. They also expressed pleasure when we told them we were moving out.

Quick response time if they wanted to moan us. Zero or unhelpful response if we needed something fixing.
Customer Service
Zero. No idea to speak to people. Made us feel stupid and looked down their noses at us.

What the tenant had to say:
We actually moved house because of the rental agent. They expected us to keep the house and garden absolutely perfect the six months we were there. When we left they intimidated and bullied us into fixing damage and covering up marks made by the previous tenants. We ended up re-painting nearly the whole house so we could get our bond back. Everything was a battle. They were extremely rude and surly. Taught us to write every little thing down on the property condition report in our current rental. They didn't understand the meaning of the phrase "wear and tear". Be very wary of Nexus in Mindarie, they are extremely unreasonable and treat tenants like pond scum.
