What the tenant had to say:
Rude and very unhelpful people towards tenants. Will not listen to tenants when explaining issues and calling tenants liars. Never responds to our email or call us back, have not received bond back and it's been over 3 weeks after we left property. Family business - only thinks about themselves and money!
