Hayley Rose Says: Sharon is the best property manager i have ever known i have been with her for years and will always continue to be with her, she is excellent at what she does, punctual, and well mannered, knowledgeable and when i buy my investment property i would highly recommend my property to her to manage for myself. Obviously you are a tenant who lost in tribunal because of your rental payments or maliciously damaging the property.....

Bianca Says: well there is alot to be said of the above review, obviously the tenant was correct as Hayley Rose is Sharons work collegue and there is a lot to be said of any property manager that needs her offsider to place a false review. Having been a tenant and had the unfortunate privelidge to have both of these undesirables as my property manager that managed the homes that i have rented i can only say tenant beware this is certainly a duo that i would not like to ever have anything to do with again, Next time perhaps Hayley Rose should not perjure herself for her collegue and rather let the tenants have thier say and the best of luck with that investment property of yours once you make it out of your rent cycle.

Matt Says: I have rented from sharon 3 times in 3 homes from 1994 to 1998. I have since purchased a rental property in 2003 and sharon has rented this for me for years. I have also refered her to many others since who also have their homes with her. Only a bad tenant would even bother to write such trash. Whats the bet sharon has put them on TICA. I am sure she would know who this bad tenant is as she has only had a handfull of hearings with bad tenants over the last 6 years. GOOD ON YA SHARON. IF YOU READ THIS KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to anybody who wishes to rent, or who wishes to have their investment properties managed through a highly professional and friendly individual.

withheld Says: Yes of cause sharon and hayley rose would stick up for each other. I rent a property from hayley so i should know. I have had loads of problems with hayley rose managing this property regarding rent and that the property isnt clean enough to her liking. She wont even give me a new lease so i can prove to the water company that i have to pay the water so i can get the rebate. Im a pensioner with 3 kids and am very sick but does she care ... NO!! She just wants the money no matter what!! Even tried to kick me out coz i was 7 days late with rent but i emailed her before hand and lo and behold she took me to the tribunal and LOST!! Oh she even banned me from contacting the actual owner of the property when the owner gave me permission to contact him. The owner is so devestated about it as we are good friends.Hayley Rose needs to do a refresher course on people skills. She is only damaging the reputation of Ray White Real estate. Oh by the way im not the only one to have a problem with Hayley Rose as my neighbours do to and they dont even rent through them , they own their home..My accountant went through my rent recipts and found i wasnt behind in rent and i took it to Hayley Rose and she said my accountant is a lier. Hayley Rose also told me she ONLY does accounts at raywhite but guess what.. thats a lie as she also manages properties too. Oh by the way doesnt a false review tell you what they are like?? DO NOT RENT FROM HAYLEY ROSE. If you do its a BAD mistake!!!

another agent Says: omg you people can lie on here and you have the cheek to say that it is breaching privacy. You should use your true identity and provide evidence to your accusations. I think Every agent named on this site should sue this site as it is not monitered and it can destroy a business reputation with lies and more lies.

Another Agent Says: Funny, you tenant don't want to be named claim a breach of privacy act ! YET you can name and slander a COMPANY and that is not breaching the privacy act. SOME Tenants are so mentally challenged it is actually very scary !, No wonder you don't have the brain capacity to buy your own home. NOT all tenants in that basket, good ones are fantastic and as Agents we respect and treat you well, you bad tenants that lie and play the victim act when you have done wrong need a bullet !
