“When we were behind in the rent we would get a notice to vacate if we hadnt paid what we owed in 2 weeks. Why couldnt they send a letter letting us know we were behind instead of threatening the roof over our heads”

Professionalism
We were told that having a baby was a lifestyle choose that agent had no control over.
Response Time
It took 6 months to complete repairs to the ceiling in my daughters bedroom. They kept ringing my partners phone when i specifically asked them to call my phone as my partner could answer while he was at work

Poor english skills & lack of people skills

The agent is quite obviously money hungry. He manages 200 rentals in pakenham alone! He has no people skills & a complete lack of understanding of how difficult it is to keep a house neat & tidy when u have a young family & both parents work fulltime!
