taken nearly two months for an invoice for phone line to be connected to be paid.... still not paid and now my services are disconnected

This company is ridiculous and only interested in satisfying the corporate needs.... The communication lines are never open, my agent admitted she had heaps of emails that she hadn't gotten to yet.... WTF!! Customer service is non-existent!!
