Ray White Calamvale are currently being investigated for fraudulent and false and misleading conduct with regard to tenants, they threaten tenants with notice to quits if they don't agree with excessive rent increases and don't provide maintenance ,if you pursue maintenance they retaliate by not crediting your rent and issuing notices. I guess its in the hope you get the message and move out. I have been issued a notice to quit for rent and I am three weeks in advance I jsut need repairs and have put in an RTA claim against them Keep accurate records of all dealings and access the RTA as soon as problem arises They change the lease agreement in order to gain the upper hand and can not be trusted. Don't sign with them, if you have signed contact RTA tribunal and pursue this real estate and stay on top of it. I am listing address where problems arose, over priced and too many repairs need doing.
