The agent misled us on several occasions, telling us the apartment complex had features it didn't.
Professionalism
They're fine until you sign that lease, then you belong to them and they know it. Good luck getting anything from them other than a sarcastic answer.

We'll call you right back = we will never acknowledge you called or return your call in the near distant future.

Looking to rent in Manly? Don't use Ray White. They mislead you to get you to sign a lease and then they pretend they never said such things.

"The complex does not suffer from any noise" means "you will be woken up at 6:30am every day by garbage trucks, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for your entire stay"

Cunninghams are much better.
