Ignore all phone calls and practically all emails. I have to send multiple emails to get a vague response or commitment, which never gets followed through.
Professionalism
Fundamentally do not do the job the owner is paying them to do - look after and maintain the property and respond to issues.
Response Time
Awful. I have raised issues - like dishwasher not working - and none have been addressed. Given the property is new, the owner ought have been covered under warranty, but agent clearly doesn't want to manage or inform of the issues.
Customer Service
It's pretty much non-existent.

One of the worst property managers I've ever had. Don't respond to issues, poor communication, and clearly a general lack of work ethic, customer service, or respect for their tenants and landlords.
