What the tenant had to say:
We moved into the property over one year ago and the property was in disrepair. In May an agent came around took photo\'s and promised the work to be done. It is now November work never done and now the landlord wants to sell. We never renewed the lease and told them that until the work was done we would not pay any rental increases. The staff are incompetent and blame each other for the lack of communication. Please do no use these agents as they are incompetent and do not follow-up tenants complaints.
