What the tenant had to say:
We were professional, clean and organised tenants who cared for our property well. Amongst other things, Rayner refused to remove a dead possum from the ceiling of my bedroom - which was uninhabitable for weeks. The smell drove us all out of the house.

After we moved out, they added a list of ridiculous charges to our bond (eg. 'smoke marks on wall - 7 hours of cleaning'. This is particularly ridiculous as i have asthma so bad that I would be very sick if anyone smoked or lit a candle inside). They refused to explain or discuss most of the charges with us and admitted that several months after we left and the new tenants moved in, the approx. $400 of cleaning they charged us for hadn't been done. We kept trying to discuss the charges with them but they ignored us and were patronising. Eventually they filed to take us to court and we counter-filed. After more disputes, they settled and gave us all our bloody money back.

I understand that sometimes an agency gets a terrible employee, but her boss didn't listen to us either. This is indicative of a poor agency, not just an isolated incident.
