Bureaucratic, unprofessional and fraudulent. The agency (Remax) is an American company which has its office in Milton road, Brisbane. It says all its franchisees are independently owned (and run their own way!). So, beware of the "balloon" - it doesn't mean that you are dealing with the parent agency Remax! I was utterly disappointed and disheartened at dealing with them. They will ask you to apply online in their website - if you take all the pain of applying online and paying for it, they will ask you to fill a paper form! The paper form belongs to a company call REIQ. Then they will ask you absolutely unnecessary information (Because, they use this as a tactic to \"select\" the customers they want - violating the fair trade principle). They will NEVER keep their promises. And, more importantly, they will advertise in the realestate.com.au in a fraudulent way! The property I saw was nestled deep inside Chermside. According to these frauds, it has "spectacular view of Moretan bay". From that property's balcony (its only 2 floors high!), you will need a powerful telescope to see Moreton bay!! Even properties in Cleveland or Dunwich cannot advertise in such a glaring and fraudulent way!! How can a two storey apartment (7/42 Chermside) can have such a view - people dealing with this agent have to visit the place and laugh to their heart\'s content like I did - there is no way you can see Moreton bay mate!! All you can see is the fraudster realestate agency called Remax!!
