Congratulations on missing the point of a review site. Your nasty tone reminds me of someone...
I do know Rohan, and this review was based on my genuine experience. And it is not just my opinion - my building concierge has heard many tenants and landlords complaining about him.
It is also evident that Rohan has been on this site attempting to boost his own score by uploading a number of positive reviews lifted directly from his LinkedIn profile on 31 August 2011 - and giving himself excellent ratings in the process. I doubted the veracity of these reviews in the first place as they each read like they were written by the same person, but it is certainly clear that the % score has been deliberately distorted. Decide for yourself whether this is ethical, but I think it proves my point about Rohan.
In my opinion Rohan puts more effort into manufacturing a good reputation than earning one.
