Getting them to fix anything takes ages.Shower door rope broke in january and they still havent sent someoen around.It falls off the railings.

They tried to get us to fix the broken hot water service and a week later were sent out an notice of termination for our contract.
People at the front desk are provacative, nosey and generally not very nice at all.
