My wife and I rented a property from Stockdale and Leggo almost 4 years ago. We moved in and the dishwasher didn't work, we reported the issue and followed up several times and waited over a month before it was fixed. Throughout the tenancy the property had many issues, including the ceiling leaking twice and damaging our furniture. The agent was very slow to act on maintenance requests and rarely returned phone calls. Overall the agent did as little as possible. We currently have a garage door which has been broken and deteriorating since August and it was only replaced in late December, the agent ignored phone calls and email requests to fix the door. The door was only replaced after it was torn off the frame during a recent storm and i took what was left of the door into the agents office and demanded it be fixed asap. This property has been a nightmare and the agent has made the problems worse.
