What the tenant had to say:
when u move out she will nit pick any mark that is left behind... she will also try to take your bond money for ridiculusly stupid things and futhermore she never answers her phone and when you leave a message she nevers rings you back. Im not the only person that has had to deal with her and all experiences sound similar. Never rent throgh lj hooker brighton le sands the worst real estate agents i have ever encounted

Robert Says: Sue, I'm glad that you have found this. Honestly when you studied business did you not relise that customers drive a business and without them a business merely vaparises into thin air? Should you think the above poster is a single venter then maybe you might need to learn bussiness reflecticton. You may try and pretend that food stain on your chin never existed or you may choose to ignore it. Fact of the matter is, everyone has seen and is aware of it. Do right by a customer and 9 times out of 10 they will do right by you. Should a landlord not correctly maintain their premises then teach them if they are willing to learn. However someone can only be taught something if they themselves "want" to be taught. I'd rather build my business on proper morals rather than the textbook and the $$ sign. Think about it.
