We have had nothing but trouble with this agent from day one. Fails to give the correct amount of notice for entry to the property, have continuously had tradespeople turn up on our doorstep unannounced as well as random phone calls from people wanting access to the premises for maintenance issues we were unaware of! Unlawful entry to the property is a common occurrence. She does not allow the tenant 'quiet enjoyment' of the property which is stated in the tenancy agreement. Maintenance requests that are put in writting take at least six months to get fixed. Talking to this agent and others from the same office is like talking to a brick wall, they have no idea. Tenants beware! Do not rent through 'cairns realty specialists', worst real estate we have ever had to deal with.
