TENANT PROTECT isn't an agent, they're a company that prepares really detailed condition reports for tenants. They also provide ongoing support and go to VCAT with you if you have problems. I found them really helpful plus found out they have a lawyer their as well so you can get legal help for free! They really helped me :-)
