If you are a tenant or home owner I would strongly discourage using this agency. Our issue has been ongoing for 3 months, an issue which would easily be solved if they took the time to communicate with the trades person.
The issue has resulted in a $2,000 bill for the owner and still the issue is not resolved. As tenants we will be moving out asap purely due to the agent
