What the tenant had to say:
Absolutely ruthless unethical in dealing with problems and fixing major requests. they are more than happy to take your money. Ask for them to do repairs you will wait 2 years at the most.they just keep hiking the rent up and still no repairs. They STINK don`t DEAL WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Claire Says: I think you need to understand that it's not the agent that takes your money and hikes your rent up and then doesn't do the repairs- it's your landlord. The agent doesn't own your house and they only follow landlord instructions. If you have major repairs you should serve a 14 day notice and then you can go to VCAT if they are not done and obtain reduced rent or even end your lease.
