Would not recommend this agent, they treat the tenant like crap, injured my back at work, I fell two weeks behind in rent whilst waiting on workers comp, rang them up and told them, they said that's ok, just catch it up when ur pay comes through. 1 week later I got a letet from
Rental tribunal , they reported me!!

fragile tenant Says: My partner was a tenant with Wundersitz years ago in Kensington Adelaide, same treatment, rented a crappy little property from her in Kensington road, she failed to fix anything, absolute control freak she was, my partner was inquiring about another property to possibly move too in the future, He was sent an abusive letter 1 week later and was told to move out, She apparently was the nastiest person he has ever dealt within realestate... Absolute nightmare.
