BEACH ROAD not grove
If you owned and rented no trouble but to live no way. 13yrs i owned this place and glad to sell and get out. Good in summer for the beach but thats all. Mentone is very stuckup and the local kids from the rich are hooligans, rude, rough as guts. As for the people in 70 Beach rd more than 50% are owner occupy over 60. The renters make all the noise from loud music to scremming, dogs barking mind you no one can have pets but there still do. The building needs lots of work which if you buy in here it will cost you.
