Nice sized garage, nice sized backyard.
Management
The real estate is an rude arrogant lady who doesn't help and hangs up on you. When they fix a problem they half job it and leave the rest. What they do fix they destroy something else.

It is cheap rent for obvious reasons.

The electrical system and plumbing is shot and is becoming a death trap for the children and I.
