Don't rent here. Its a great building with an intrusive bully in charge. She will violate your rights at the drop of a hat and turns nasty when you object. I came home to find tradesmen had been in my apartment replacing a window frame, without any notice or permission from me or my landlord. Her response was to belittle it - 'they came through the window. they didnt knock on the door because they thought there was no-one home" As if that makes it ok. AND she insisted that they did not do more than open a window but in fact they replaced an entire window fram- and left their cigarette ask and shit in my toilet as evidence of their presence. Why did it happen- because SHE refuses to respect my request for proper notice and to be there when people are in my apartment
