In May 2009 casino was hit with heavy rain and Lismore was flooded.The house I rent,suddenly became dangerous when we had a leaking ceiling. It collapsed and has left a 3-2mtre hole revealing the installation bats and the rafters to the roof.I am pregnant,I live with my partner and a 13 yr old and now 1 yr old child. Nothing has been done no covering up of the hole to the exposed bats only what i have put up there. I have contacted the real estate JM realty in casino whom have done no rushing around considering there are young children in the house.they haven't moved me in to a property for the mean time while they get to fixing it which is taking forever.Which i don't have!
